Oh! I was just cruising my weekend blog reads and stumbled upon this August 21st interview of WP’s Matt Mullenweg by Tim Ferriss of the 4-Hour Work Week (whom I still haven’t decided if I love or loathe; Tim that is, not Matt).
Does Matt really talk like that in person? (stunned silence) Did I miss this being mentioned somewhere in the WP.com forums?

I spotted it on my WP dashboard; don’t know if it was in the forums.
My husband told Matt this spring when we had dinner with him that he talks in sound bites. Yes, he does in fact talk like that.
Tim Ferriss rocks. His panel at SXSWi was the most inspirational panel for me. He doesn’t rock as much as Matt though, who I have thought the world of since well before WP came along…
It would be an understatement to say that Matt doesn’t sound like a typical 22 year-old. But that seems to be pretty obvious anyway.
Have you been able to implement any of Tim’s ideas? I think you would need massive amounts of determination and drive. I’m far too “zen” and scatterbrained. LOL
